Kevin Smith B.Ed (Hons) M.Inst.L.M. Chartered Member CIPD- Managing Director

Kevin Smith is an experienced manager of National Vocational Qualifications in Management and Vocationally Related Qualifications.

As the Managing Director of a local Business School for six years, he and his staff trained candidates throughout Europe.

Since leaving the Business School, Kevin has been a business and training consultant for many SMEs in the region. Within the last five years he has worked with Devon Care Training Consortium managing the Management Education programmes and more recently the Registered Managers Award which attracted over one hundred entrants from private, public and voluntary sectors. The programme’s popularity was due to the very high pass rate amongst its candidates. The programme’s success was due to the use of E-Learning which Kevin developed. Kevin has hands on experience in the Care and Education sector having worked as a residential social worker and teacher in Devon.

 

 

 

 

 

Olga Palmer IT Manager.
 

Olga is a highly qualified IT specialist responsible for designing and developing our elearning programs. She has a Bachelor Degree in Business Management and Communication from Moscow University. Olga has gained experience in various financial, management and IT roles.

 

 

 

Liz West - Course Director Child Care Learning and Development

Liz is an experienced assessor and until recently managed a highly regarded nursery in North Devon. On completing her City & Guilds CCLD Level 4 with us, she decided to join our company as a full time Course Leader for CCLD. Candidates are now getting the professional experience of an up to date setting manager and an assessor who personally holds the qualification. Liz recently led the centre to obtain A grade status.

 

 

 

 

 

Sharon Parrott - Child Care Learning and Development

Sharon is an assessor and until recently managed a highly regarded nursery in Mid Devon. On completing her City and Guilds CCLD Level 4 with us she decided to join our company as an assessor.

 

 

 

 

 

Rosemarie Hawkins - Course Leader for Social Care and Registered Managers Award (Adult)

Rosemarie possesses great experience as a Nurse, Care Manager and Social Care Trainer and Assessor. Again, Rosemarie like other members of our staff, possesses hands on experience combined with an "in depth" knowledge and skill as a trainer assessor (and soon to be Internal Verifier). Rosemarie works with candidates to achieve a quick and convenient route to achieving their NVQ.

 

 

 

 

Jacqueline Brimicombe DipRsa. FDA. Licenciate Member CIPD


Jacqueline is a highly experienced Business Administration/Customer Service Assessor. She has much experience of tutoring adult learners in both the public and private sector. Originally an IT tutor, Jacqueline gained her City & Guilds 7307 and moved onto delivering and tutoring key skills and various short courses within adult education in the public sector. After gaining A1 and A2 Assessor’s Awards and a Business Management degree, Jacqueline moved on to study Postgraduate Leadership and Management. Jacqueline has recently joined us to pass on her knowledge and skills as a Business Administration/Management Assessor.

 

 

 

 

Suzanne Demarco


Suzanne is our Multi Media Designer. She designs and develops the content of the elearning packages along with all the advertising for the company. She has qualifications in various forms of media and has recently completed her NVQ level 2 in Business Administration.

Stuart Gardner Administrator.
 

Stuart works in the office on administration duties and has done so since October 2009. He graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2007 and since then has gained experience in several administrative and financial roles.
